  • Good morning and welcome to week 3! We are halfway through the game and I love seeing all the progress everyone is making!

    When is your preferred time to workout? I have to go first thing in the morning because after work/school just doesn’t work for me. I keep trying and then it just doesn’t happen. So morning it is!

    This week is busy in my house, we have houseguests, school concerts, family obligations, and then getting ready for more houseguests. But I have what I need to do to stay on track! You do too!
