  • hi everyone! i’m Ava. me and my older sister steph just joined this diet bet together and i’m really excited to finally commit to losing the weight i’ve struggled with for a long time. i’m ready to show up for myself this time and stay consistent. if anyone has good low cal recipes we can try, or tips on managing binge eating, i’d honestly love to hear them. wishing all of us the best of luck we got this💪✨

Oh man. Binge eating. Well I finally got my head around using my fitness pal to track my meals. And am using this game to hold me accountable to keep to my calorie budget. If I eat it I log it. To keep from snackity snacking all the time I finish my meal then maybe chew a piece of gum or have hard candies around. Then I find a chore I need to do and keep busy til my next budgeted meal. I’m prone to eating when I’m bored or anxious or having to make a big decision or ANYTHING any reason to eat while I think about what to eat next LOL! Man am I getting a lot of stuff done! Those boxes in the garage? It’s spring cleaning everyday now.
