How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hi! I'm Grace. I keep ending up at this weight, like it's my body's set point. I'm struggling with arthritis in my knee so working out is so very hard. I'm focusing on my diet (I'm a sugar and carb addict) and water intake. 💧

For many years I thought this one weight was my set point. I just couldn’t get past it. About 3 months ago I started fasting for the first time ever. It coincides with many other things in my life and it just fits my lifestyle, but I have not once “stood still”. Every single week so far I’ve lost weight. I’m now about 12lbs below my “set point”. It might not work for everyone though. I’m not exercising at the moment either as I’m in bad pain with my lower back. You will get there!!!!!

Hi Grace! I'm Grace too! :)

Arthritis can make things hard, I'm sorry you're dealing with that. Working out doesn't have to be extreme! Walking is a great place to start. Small changes really add up - it's all about consistency. You've got this!
