For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Good luck with the final push to who needs it! I hope I can reuse a weigh in for a game that ended today, but will be careful in any case to make future weigh it's easier. On one hand, I am glad the weight loss speed is slowing down to 1%, on the other hand it feels like this journey will take forever before I achieve goal weight. I am not going to lose much more than the 1% though, I feel like I need to alternate periods of intense weight loss and period of losing at a slower pace.
