For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • ISO RECOMMENDATION FOR LOW CAL HONEY MUSTARD that doesn’t have a fake sugar taste. Tonight I am having this with a small amount of Hughes HM. It tastes good but has a heavy artificial sweetener after taste I don’t like. I am going to attempt to make my own with healthier ingredients as well.

Mustard is very low in calories. You can mix your own honey mustard to control how sweet it is. I always found stevia to be the best no calorie sweetener without the aftertaste. I used to get the drops and use them in my coffee.
I’d still use real honey but you can use less and add some stevia if you need it a bit sweeter.
Could also just enjoy the honey mustard and cut calories in another area or workout a little extra. I find the stuff I enjoy is worth trading elsewhere :)

Making your own is not too complicated and can be exactly sweetened to your preference! I use olive oil, a bit of salt and pepper, fresh garlic and a small amount of Dijon and balance either maple syrup or honey. I pop it on the bullet but you could shake it up. I keep in fridge and just reblend - I make enough for our family dinner salad and two or three lunch portions for me.
