How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

So yesterday I got on the scale and is was down over 1.2 pounds. I figured it was some water weight from eating out over the weekend I was expecting the scale not to move this morning and to my surprise it was down. I have .4lbs left to lose for this month’s weigh in!

I’m sticking to my meal prep this week and getting in my morning workouts. Weekend consistency is always my biggest struggle. Thinking a may do a small meal prep Friday over lunch to get me through the weekend. Then back to my normal large prep on Sunday.
Does anyone have any favorite high protein bowls they have been digging lately?

That is such a great feeling

A recent discovery for me - snacking soybeans from their pod. High protein and low budget:)
