  • Happy first weekend of the game! For a lot of us it’s a holiday weekend, and over here my kids even have Tuesday off, so I totally get how quickly routines can get thrown off. This is one of those weekends where flexibility is the real win.

    Do what you can, not what’s perfect. Get some movement in when it fits, drink your water, and be a little more mindful than you might normally be on a long weekend.

    If you’ve got plans, enjoy them. If you’re home, use it as a chance to reset, prep a little, or sneak in a walk. What’s one small thing you’re going to focus on this weekend?

No long weekend here (uk) but I got my workout in yesterday by going on my spin bike. I also had a weekend treat of takeaway pizza but had half the portion size id normally have, and guess what?! I was still satisfied.
