    I'll Start:
    I'm Rhonda, an artist in Northern California. I'm close to my weight goal and need to focus on building muscle this month (and the coming months). I've always been muscular, so scrawny shoulders is just weird on me - and not doing my physical well-being any favors😂

    I’ve just returned to my home in the UK after living in Italy for over ten years. After my almost-18-year-old dog passed away last autumn, and then dealing with problems with our tenants until we finally got our keys back this summer, I had gained a tremendous amount of weight. While restoring our house—which is still ongoing—I decided it was time to return to my daily routine of healthy eating and exercise so I could enjoy my old habits and hobbies again: long outdoor walks with my dogs, allotment gardening, and more music practice (I’m an amature musician).

    I’m now close to my goal weight and within a healthy BMI range. Luckily, I came across the game hosted by Artchik last month. I enjoyed her and fellow player’s posts so much that I decided to join this one too—maybe a little crazy with the festive season just around the corner, but here I am!

    My favourite forms of exercise used to be figure skating and swimming, which I did for many years. These days, I mainly do power walking, Pilates, and Barre workouts. Because I have osteopenia, I also add dumbbell workouts a few times a week. Seeing my mother struggled with rare cancer twice and having friends with health issues, I feel grateful every day that I’m able to move my body, exercise, and enjoy good food.
