How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • I did a weekly weigh in and am down 1.2 from last week. My goal is to lose 5.9 lbs for the game. Today’s challenge will be watching my portions at Olive Garden. My parents want to go there. I’m thinking Margarita chicken with broccoli for my lunch and ask for a salad with dressing on the side. No breadstick (that will not be a temptation for me anyway). Any other advice? I only see the Margarita chicken as the healthier option, which makes me sad.

Yeah, I’ll skip the cheese and croutons too. I’m not a big fan of those, so I’ve always picked croutons off, and even on an everyday basis when I’m not trying to cut, I ask for any cheese to be left off. Cheese on salads just isn’t for me.

I think they also have a salmon option.
