  • If you aren’t using Recover, what are you waiting for?? I’ve noticed a huge difference in my muscle soreness (hardly any) since using this instead of regular protein powder after lift days.

    My daily: 2 cups spinach, 1/2 banana, ice, water, Recover, collagen. Yummm! Dreamsicle on crack.
