I am trying to do a you tube workout each day. So far I have done a couple versions of fitness walking (they kicked my butt). If anyone has any you tube recommendations for beginner level workouts I would love to hear them.

On YouTube check out Fabulous50s. She has indoor walking workouts for those 50+ but I’ve been using her stuff since I was in my 30s. She has a lot of shorter videos that are very beginner friendly.
