  • I was off work last week and I completely forgot that I was even on a diet. I grabbed my kids and went on a road trip throughout Texas with the idea of making brownies for our hosts wherever we went. That clearly introduced brownies as a daily food element, which was not in the program. I gained two more pounds than I started with in this diet and now I'm back to some sort of sanity level.

    I figure I have two weeks to get it back together and I'm on program with inspirational stories, a clear plan for nutrition and exercise and movement each day. That is the goal, that is the plan, and I'm going to work it. If you're off track, welcome to team Let's Get It Done because I want to lose less weight. Cheers to all of you in my situation and prepare to get daily updates from me now that I am back in a sane state.
