  • Good morning and welcome to a new week!

    This week my kiddos are on spring break so the week looks a little different. It just means I have to plan things a little more to make sure I’m getting in my workouts and meal planning for extra people during the day.

    Mondays are the days we make the plan to make it happen! What does your success look like this week?

Continuing the regular workouts and the light dinners (with heavier breakfasts and lunches!) it’s a very busy week for me and I slept terribly last night thinking about it but hopefully it all goes smoothly.
