How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I've never had a challenge that I've been up down up down on my weight like this challenge.

It's a struggle every day. But as long as you stick with your lifestyle change, you always win.

I think the closer that you are to your goal weight, the harder it is to come off. I do think it takes your body time to catch up to the weightloss, therefore a plateau. (I think of heating ice to gas and the kinetic and potential energy chages- big transformation overall but you have those "plateaus" where things happen.) Anyway, everyday is a struggle like Kazandra K said- sometimes it's time to go back to the basics - drinking more water, watching salt, trying not to nibble between meals etc. Easier said than done. I need to do this too- I've been too lax lately .
