  • Good morning and welcome to Make a Plan Monday! I’ll be traveling all day but still wanted to touch base!

    Once I get home, I need to plan our meals and my workouts for the week. For me, Mondays and Tuesdays are too busy for gym days so I plan my meals and my hydration for the day. I’ll also plan out my workouts for the week to help stay on track.

I bought a Hidrate Spark bottle to see if that could get me to drink more water. It determined that I need to drink about 25 more ounces daily than I already had set for a goal so that was eye opening. I was traveling for work Sunday thru Tuesday so it was nearly impossible to plan but I chose salads instead of sandwiches and water instead of anything else to drink, which I think was a good start to the week.

But yay for figuring out your hydration needs! My aim is always to drink 2 of my big hydroflasks of water each day but I call it a win if I get 1.5.
