  • Good morning and welcome to the final Workout Wednesday of the game!

    This morning I was up early to take kiddo 2 to weights so I decided I’d get my workout in early and headed to the lake after I dropped her off. It was hot (it’s fully summer in the Midwest) but I got it done! And I didn’t get chased or hissed at by nesting Canada geese! Winning!

  • Getting outdoors is the best! I went on a long hike Tuesday…8 hours of mostly level woods walking with a bit of a scramble at the end. The best part, diet-wise: my calorie counting app told me I could eat up to 1500 calories for dinner that night!
