How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Oh no! A little trip to Italy where I could not make my food planning and I was only eating the ready available food (mostly pasta or bread) made me go 0.4 over my maximum weight allowed for this game.

I guess now it is time to get back to the good food and planning/journal routine.

I wasn’t expecting this much to be over but I am sure few days back on the schedule will be enough to get back to normal. I keep you posted.

The weird part I could notice : Even though it was easier not “control” and let it on the flow my eating routine , at the end I am not feeling good, my stomach feels heavy and my brain is not functioning as well. I am more tired than usual. It’s interesting to see that effect

I felt that way this weekend after being gone and having to eat out every meal. It’s nice to be back to my healthier eating!

I do understand and totally agree Michelle! Thanks for sharing
