Hey friends!

This is my first time doing this so I have lots of questions. Do you weight in at the start and again at the end or are there extra days in between you have to log your weight? And if so, how do you know what days to do it? Anything else this newbie needs to know?

Hey! You do your ‘official’ weigh ins at the start and end when the official submission windows open. Then in between you can enter as many non official weigh ins as you like to keep track. Good luck! ? :heart_eyes:
