Just made this long post just venting, and it deleted =( im so over this challenge, and I know they say dont give up, but i am! Im so irritated with myself all over weight, mental, health, all of it! I did so well this week and gained more weight. So now almost 3 lbs over my initial weigh in. Im just over it!!!!!! Ill start fresh for the next bet =/

I am sorry ! It’s not all real weight ! Sleep , hormones, water retention…..Just don’t give up ! Every little wins count ! It’s ok not to win this bet , keep making healthy choices

Also, Katie, I just looked at your profile and it looks like you’re doing amazing. You made significant progress between fall and spring; you’re probably just in a short term plateau. If you keep doing whatever you’re doing, I’m guessing you’ll see things move again soon!
