How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Yesterday one of my kids in my class had a birthday so there were cupcakes.....I tried so hard not to eat one but did it anyway. Then, after my allergy shots, I decided to get cookout. There were not many good choices yesterday, but I did still track everything and went over by 305 calories. I feel it this morning... yuck! Today is a new day, and I will make better choices!

Happy thursday!

Thanks everyone!

Sharon, yes, I am a 1 year old teacher. I absolutely love it. I have been in my class for 17 years. They are a handful but so exciting getting to watch "the firsts" of everything.

The good thing is you still logged it. Way to be honest with yourself. I used to find myself omitting the things I shouldn’t eat but realized lying to myself only hurts me. Good attitude for being human. We’ve all been there.
