How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hello! Glad to start up a new DietBet. I haven’t done one in quite some time and my weight has been creeping up. I definitely need the accountability! I’m excited to get started. I work two full time jobs and that makes it too easy to make excuses and avoid exercise and eat whatever crap comes my way. It’s time to dig in!

I hope you’ll find a type of exercise that you love! I’m no gymrat myself but found myself doing VR games which get my heart pumping(and sweat gushing lol)

Comments are right - finding something you enjoy isn’t another task to your busy day - it’s enjoyable. I’ve never tried VR but watched some crazy accidents of those playing.
