How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • LET’S TAKE A MOVEMENT SNACK! 🍎

A “movement snack” is a short burst of activity worked into your day.

It might be five squats while your lunch heats up, a lap around the house between tasks, or a quick stretch after sitting at your desk.

These little bursts may not feel like traditional exercise, but they break up long stretches of sitting and help us build the habit of moving more often. Try connecting movement to something you already do every day, like waiting for coffee, brushing your teeth, or watching television.

What everyday activity could become your reminder to take a movement snack?

I’ve been taking 15 minute walking breaks at work…I used to just sit and scroll on my phone, I’ve been trying to be more intentional with my movement.

I set an alarm on my watch to get up and move every hour whether I’m moving or not. That could be throw something away, put some things away, go check on the kiddos and maybe play a round of whatever they are playing. Makes it seem less than work.
