How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Finally Friday!

We know how hectic the work week gets. Use this weekend to catch up on those 'squeezed out' habits—like meal prepping. It’s one of the simplest ways to be successful in hitting your goals without the weekday stress.

    • The "Power 1 Hour": Focus only on time-consuming tasks like washing/chopping produce, boiling grains, or preparing a protein to use in different ways

    • The "Staggered" Prep: Instead of doing everything at once, split tasks across the weekend—shop and chop on Saturday and cook on Sunday

    • "Component" Prepping: Don't worry about making full meals. Just prep ingredients (like roasted veggies or cooked chicken) that you can put together in minutes during the week

    • Batch Cooking: Double a dinner recipe and portion the extra for lunches throughout the week (my favorite!)

What’s the one meal prep dish you never get tired of? Share the recipe or a photo of the meal!

    PS - It's Day 5 - How's the "7-day giving up that one unhealthy habit" going? :)

I meal prep quinoa bowls for lunch for myself and hubby. Black Beans, quinoa, guacamole, salsa, and some fahita chicken.

Jennifer- yum - that combination is always a winner!
