Unfortunately, I did not make my goal this time. But I'm not going to beat myself up over it, I had a couple significant life events occur this past month that threw me off. But the important thing is to reevaluate, refocus, And reinvest in myself. Good luck everyone!

That is absolutely the right attitude. Losing one made it easy to refocus and win the next one. I've got 15-20 pounds left to my final goal. Started out 40-45 pounds overweight.

Than you both for your supportive words. Yes, I'm signed up and really focusing on eliminating processed foods and getting all the veg & fruits my body needs. Also, picking up the exercise now that the weather is inviting. Cheers!
