Weigh in submitted!! I didn't think I would make it I did with an extra .4 lost and I was holding my phone!! So really almost an extra pound under my goal! This is the lowest I've weighed in over a year I'm so excited. 75% to my 10% goal. 😃

I'm a little upset because I was on pace to beat what I needed but now I'm just barely going to lose the amount of weight needed to pass this month. I need to step up my game with the food and exercise...

- Dinner tonight was skinny chili (turkey). It was delicious. I put it on a baked potato with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese chopped onion and a tablespoon of sour cream. Total calories 477.

I fit in a pair of jeans tonight that I haven't been able to wear in a year. I've only lost 9.5 lb so far but I've also definitely lost inches. I'm so excited. This gave me an extra boost I have needed to continue on!!!
