I do herbal tea like mint decaf green tea with healthy sweaters like honey then ice it. It’s yummy and I often add a tea spoon of chia seeds. Yum :yum:

Just now joining. It’s time. At 314.7, this body is so hard to get and stay moving. I’m in Missouri and want to feel better in this body -especially if snow finds us this winter! That walk ain’t-a-gonna shovel itself!

I’m going to get back to meal planning. It helps with budgeting calories and funds. I have 2 picky teenage boys and struggle to feed myself and the rest of the family without relying on easy food because we are on the run. Baseball practices are about to start and this is going to make planning that much more important.
