Slow and steady repetition, be in it for the process and feeling healthier not the end goal. Pay attention to your macros ( i use an app). Its a marathon not a sprint.

Yesterday I struggled with taking a rest day- my body was just tired and couldn't get motivated. I beat myself up about it but kept my diet healthy. In the long run, it was worth it! I hit the gym first thing this morning and was able to get in a killer workout. Learning to listen to your body can be tough, especially with the end date of this challenge quickly approaching.
