Month 5 weigh-in is in the books, and I'm down 21 lbs. 🎉
This has been quite the transformation. At the start of the year, if you'd asked me whether I could run a mile, I'd have said no. Ask me now? Hell yeah.
But the number on the scale is only part of it. This challenge has been about building a better version of myself, mentally and physically. Showing up, staying consistent, and proving to myself that I can do hard things.
One month left. Let's finish strong. 💪

I’m proud of myself - I didn’t make the Round 4 goal by 2 pounds, but I made it for this round (just barely but I made the goal!) now it’s time to maintain. One more month!

Consistency! Aiming for healthy habits that don’t make me spiral but know put me on a good track. Not getting scared when the scale fluctuates, especially before my period. Remembering that processed food increases my salt/water retention. Sleeping and drinking water. Prioritizing whole foods over processed food and allowing me to cook a wide range of recipes (protein heavy) as long as it’s whole foods
