Slow and steady repetition, be in it for the process and feeling healthier not the end goal. Pay attention to your macros ( i use an app). Its a marathon not a sprint.

  • Last night I had a dream and the only part I remember was telling myself “I should’ve been nicer to you” and it was profound. I’m sure we all wish we’d been nicer to ourselves at some point in our lives. I’ve made some big promises to myself and I intend to be nicer to myself by keeping them. I promised I’d close all 3 rings on Apple health this week and here I am, almost at the finish line.

I had a poor week of eating unhealthy and I’m already feeling like I’ve sabotaged my goal. Can you really lose 10lbs in 17 days? Seems impossible…..

You can. I lost 20.
However I was in the very beginning stages of weight loss so was a little easier.
I ended up making a huge change and pulled bread, pasta and potatos out of my diet. I slowly have allowed zero carb tortillas in but it was hard surprisingly considering that was an addiction in itself I feel so much better and good enough that I havnt missed it. Yet. It’s only been 4 months.

You definitely can, just stay away from processed carbs. Try and stick with meat and veggies
