I just don't have the time, energy or mental capacity to do crazy meal planning. When I read those "7 day diets" with all the recipes that magazines post, I just laugh. Not a chance. Maybe in a few weeks or months I can mix it up more. But for now, as long as I eat real food, it counts as a win.
