As the pressure of making our goal for this game gets stronger, it’s important to remember that the scale doesn’t tell the whole story.
Also, as things come up in life, it’s important to pat ourselves on the back for good habits we are keeping up with, challenges we are overcoming, and just making it through the day.
You are all incredible, and you’re doing a wonderful job. You deserve a pat on the back! I hope you all can find some small victories to give yourself credit for, and please share them with us below.
Weigh ins after a whole weekend of Easter meals with family is just plain mean. I made it thankfully, but I’m definitely up from my pre-Easter weight. 😅

Hit my first month’s goal and almost to my 2nd month goal. Does anyone know if Diet Bet adjusts your next monthly goal based on the previous month’s loss? This is my first time doing this.

- We got 15 inches of snow! My husband and I and our son shoveled 3 driveways ( one house having a corner lot so tons of sidewalk - lol our house)! I ache, but I am so happy to have gotten out and been active when others hired a plow service or bought a snowblower! I spent 159 minutes yesterday shoveling! That’s a lot of snow to move!!!!

Expecting 10 more inches between now and Sunday. Hopefully it comes 2 inches at a time! My back needs a rest!

I absolutely love that initial day of any new fitness goal. That obsession and drive because you’re just so excited about the possibilities. It will definitely wear off eventually, but I’m so happy to have this new shiny goal.
