Awesome work! I hated running my entire childhood too, and only in 8th grade was a I vindicated when diagnosed with asthma. Even with the help of an inhaler, I still hate endurance runs, but I LOVE doing sprints. So, there's something out there for every non-runner to learn to not hate it :) I love the idea of the zombie app. Also, you've inspired me to go try on some of my old dresses!

Thanks Lisa! Hopefully I will remember this next time Shoulder Demon tries to mess with me. I've been really good since Monday but the scale is being stubborn. here's hoping it gets back to my pre-weekend number sooooooooon :D
