Welp, already know I’m probably not going to win. My old scale finally died so I bought a new one, turns out my old scale was off by a few pounds and I actually weigh more than I thought I did 😔 still going to keep doing what I’m doing and not quit just yet, maybe I’ll get lucky and still end up winning but with a week left idk.

Lesson learned, make sure your scale is accurate!

I have maintained for like 4 days straight… I’m definitely grateful to not be gaining, but I’m ready to see a drop! I’m 90% of the way and I don’t wanna be stressed at the end. I’m making all the right choices, just need to stick with it!

need some sugesstons, I am only at 2-3 pounds lost, i gave up all bread, sweets and sodas, not eating after 7 and walking everyday, maybe its because i am eatng the same meals everyday, what is everyone else eating or how are you shedding the lbs? Help!!

I don’t know what your goal is, but 2.5lbs is decemt progress. Lots of water, veggies, and protein. Reducing the hours you eat in a day - in your case starting later in the day like 11am or 12pm might help?

Are you drinking an ocean of water? It will change
