I been on this Lifestyle change for 6 months now and one thing I am grateful for is my written logs.  In my logs, I write daily my weight (trying to stop weighing myself daily), how many oz of water, my exercise, and notes on if I cheated or had a emotional issue, etc.

Now that it has been 6 months this log is really helping me.  I now see patterns of when I'm about to fall off and it has helped me in taking action to correct it.  It has also showed me how my body drops weight or even gains and what was going on to cause that.  We are all on a journey and their really isn't a one size fits all but what works for you.  Keeping track or journaling has allowed me to see my weaknesses and my strengths.
