How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

For the past 86 days, I have struggled, fought, and pushed myself. I have kicked my own ass. I've gotten off track. I have despaired, especially when I hit that wretched 18 day plateau. I wouldn't let it be my end, though. After 86 days, I am down 10% of my initial weight. I still have a long way to go (I desperately want to get to ONEderland by New Years!), but I'm taking a moment to appreciate my own hard work and enjoying the pay off.

I have the same goal! I’ve struggled so much with losing weight as well. Lots of fails, but finally seeing some progress. Keep up the great work
