  • I’ve been avoiding rice/pasta/bread since starting DietBet in January. It’s amazing how much it has helped me lose weight! Today, though, I really wanted a sushi burrito. So I got one...and it was delicious. No regrets. Back to protein and veg at dinner time! 😊
