  • Today, I want to encourage you to think about how much water you're getting a day. Being well hydrated is so beneficial for weight loss!

    Here's a great reason to drink plenty of water:
    Drinking enough water is essential for burning off fat from food and drink, as well as stored fat!

    Many of you have already set a personal daily water goal for yourselves, how many ounces a day are you aiming for? How do you track your intake?

Very Important Life Lesson......
My bloodwork CBC was off in various categories. Had to have it checked every two months.....Guess what the reason was after all that, dehydration...... I had researched the #s on the web as to what the issue might be and that was one of them. Before I went this time was diligent about getting in 64 oz each day..... normal numbers.....WATER IS THAT IMPORTANT.......
