What are some good meal prep recipes or easy recipes that are healthy and good? I don't have much free time to cook so I always end up turning to fast food. Gaahhh.

I make 4-5 salads after a big grocery shop at Costco/Sam’s. I also roast veggies, & grill chicken or salmon for the week. :yum:

I love cooking a bunch of chicken in the crockpot. The meat is so versatile. I can use it in other recipes, sandwiches or salad. Today I shredded it and added sugar free bbq sauce and ate it in a wrap. Yum!
