Alright ladies... Cafe Rio is my life and I love it. But I am determined to stay within my calories tonight when my husband and I go. So... do I eat my lunch and get a smaller salad or save up the calories and get a bigger salad??

i love fasting during the day when i know I'm going for dinner so i can really enjoy the food I'm paying top $ for! buttttttt you can always just ask for small adjustments that make it just as good without all the cals like dressing on the side etc!! i've gone as far as bringing my own salad dressing to a restaurant lol
