For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Whether you prefer low carbs or calorie counting, we want to hear what your favorite meals are. If you have a recipe handy that would be great but it's not necessary, pictures work just as well. Let's try to include some ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I tend to limit my carb intake unless I have a long run planned. One of my favorite meals is Parmesan encrusted chicken with salad or veggies. I take boneless chicken breasts and coat them on both sides with mayonnaise, salt and pepper, parmesan cheese, and a light coating of Panko breadcrumbs. Bake it for about an hour, depending on the size of the chicken and serve with a salad or veggie. You can also use pork chops instead of chicken.

I found a soup recipe on a WW message board. I call it chicken taco soup (taco shells/chips optional). Without chips/shells it is a 0 pt soup:

1 can corn (not drained)
1 can of black beans (drained)
1 can of diced tomatoes (not drained)
one onion (optional) - diced
1 packet of taco seaoning (I like the chicken taco seasoning)

1 lb of chicken breast tenders frozen or thawed.
(other option is using canned chicken breast)

I toss all into my instant pot and cook for 15 min if not frozen chicken or 30 for frozen chicken that is frozen in a solid block. After it is cooked the chicken shreds easily.

I like to add some sour cream to mine but it is good without it also.
