How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Well, moment of truth....I was doing great until a week ago and for whatever reason fell off track HARD! Self sabotage and sugar binging is a real thing and I am trying to figure out my triggers. No matter how strong I feel and how “on track” I am, the addiction has its way of coming back. It happens every time to me. I’m realizing I’m only human and getting back on track today. I lost my last dietbet when I was .1 away and lost two transformer rounds but here I am...ready to get back on track and hit my goals.
