So body pump on Tuesday left me with such bad DOMS yesterday and today, I had to skip my workouts to give my body a rest! I'm thinking it probably will be just as bad tomorrow but I'll stay positive and wake up when I usually do to see if it's possible to get to the gym. If not, no big deal. I can get back to it next week and save body pump for the end of the week next time. 😂 In the meantime, I've focused more on my nutrition to help feed my muscles and tried to take short walks to keep my legs from getting stiff.

Keep moving! It sucks and it hurts at first but it’ll help the pain. Also, make sure you’re drinking enough water
