  • Spent lunch break organising my life to ensure I keep on top of everything, I’m a single mum, work 3 jobs, studying my masters degree and I just let everything slip, including exercise and meditation even though I know they help me most! Hoping to stick to this and keep on top of it and lose the 10kg I’ve put on since letting things slip💪????

I too am a single mother of 3 but I’m not studying and I only work one job... can I claim a second since I have a son with a disability?! I like to think so:laughing: Organization and consistency is the key, glad to hear you are meditating as you’ve got heaps on your plate, that is so important. Busy is overrated so don’t forget to slow down when you have a chance to. Good luck:blush:
