How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • New Year, new progress all around! Some thing people don't know about me is that I've suffered from major depression and bipolar disorder pretty much my entire life.

And one of the things I would do in a depressive/manic episode is chop off my hair because I could not handle it nor have the mental strength to take care of it while it grew.

But once I started losing weight and putting my health first I began to also grow my hair out!!! I never thought I would reach the point where I'd have a full on afro.

Well, yesterday, January 2nd, I took this progress pic of my hair and conpared it to last January. I am so so happy with what my decision to lose weight has done to my life!!!
It's the Non scale victories that matter most 😁
