This has been a wild month.
So much has been going on in the world. I always loved focusing on my health and the Fitness Warriors Challenges when life gets challenging. It was a needed distraction from what I couldn't control and something healthy I could focus on that I could control❤.
Never before have so many had free down time or a chance to work from home. I've been struggling with fine tuning the balance as I have been diving deep into my new project. Struggling with energy but things are more hopeful than ever.
Wishing everyone luck.. Puddle Stomper hope you grab this one. My weight is up and not budging. So I am cheering for you!!!
Will set up next game. Hopefully everyone will have some free energy to focus on some healthy habits as opposed to the stress of what's going on out there.

Wow Angie congratulations on 6 pounds. That is fantastic!!!
Sarah sounds like you're lining your freezer and mind up in the right direction.
I discovered frozen veggies make eating my veggies so easy. I do them in soup and quiche. Not fresh in the non frozen way. But definitely convenient!

It's has been a crazy month. I have spent the whole time with my mom and sister. I have not spent this much time with them in many years. I learned I can lose weight being with them, that had been a problem in the past. We still really like/love each other I need to have so space from them. I'm headed home next week and looking forward to it. But I'm glad we spent time together. So for me it has been a great month to make sure my kids enjoy their family. Hang in there.
