How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Made salmon for the first time tonight! It was very yummy, filling, and the whole plate is only 350 calories! 😁

Ingredients:
- 5/6oz salmon (I buy the target 3 piece bag of salmon, they're 190 calories a piece)
- 1 cup green beans (I use frozen)
- 1/2 cup corn (I use frozen)
- 3 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 tsp. Extra-virgin olive oil
- desired amount of lemon juice to taste (it says 2 Tbsp but I find that WAY too much and only drizzle a little bit)
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat broiler to high

2. Broil salmon 5-7 min on each side (I did 7)

3. Steam green beans and corn (I dunno how to do this so I put a very small amount of water in a pot, placed them in the pot, and cover to cook on medium-high. If you're using frozen don't use too much water as sooner water de-thaw.)

4. Rinse mixed greens and place them on the plate.

5. Once finished, place the green beans and corn on the plate, and then the salmon.

6. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice, and then add the desired amount of salt and pepper
