Today was rough. My son left on vacation with his Dad today for 12 days and depression hit out of nowhere and back to the poor eating choices. I did fine til lunch and then ate all the things. Trying to hit restart and find something else to make me feel better. Getting up early tomorrow for a long run and starting on a water fast tmw morning. Hopefully all is not lost.

Thanks guys for the support. Got my 5 miles in this morning and drinking water as we speak. Still in a funk. Sometimes it just takes a while for my mood to catch up. Keeping busy.
