I am really struggling with staying on track, both with working out and nutrition. My autoimmune disease is flaring up and has kicked my depression and anxiety into overdrive. I know that nutrition and exercise are the best remedies, but I honestly just cannot get there. I have been awake since 4:30 and am still just sitting on my couch... Any advice?? or Anyone want to join up for motivation?

Have you ever read Miracle Morning? It’s a great motivator. I also love a great playlist or Fit Radio. That music puts my butt in gear:

I also have an autoimmune disease and was exactly where you are last October when I said enough is enough, I can overcome this. The hardest part is staying on track before you see the results. I would say it took 3 months for me actually start to feel different and more positive. If you need help, I’d surely help support and motivate you. I’ve lost 90lbs since last October. It’s not easy. The mental part is 100% of it!
