The scale was up 4 pounds this morning and I’m trying not to freak out! I know I’m eating the right foods, but I did eat a little more than usual on Sunday and ate kind of late yesterday. Plus I have an awful cold so I’m sure that’s part of it! But I’m going to keep on with my nutrition and work outs and cross my fingers I see a big drop this week!
