How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I have been struggling lately to lose the weight. Thought maybe it was all the holiday dinners and the cold weather holding me back. But with the exception of Thanksgiving, I have been pretty good on the diet. Come to find out I have an intolerance to dairy and gluten. I eliminated both last week and was so surprised at how much bloat I was holding onto! Finally feeling like I am back on track and look forward to seeing how a change in the food I eat helps me in phase 3.

I have similar issues but even more things bloat me. It's good you figured it out! When I get bloated it lasts days.

I don't handle dairy too well either. Fairlife milk sits well with me though, because they cut out a lot of sugar/lactose.

Goes well in my Kashi high fiber cereal.
